Meet Francis! Francis is a 24-week-old short-haired grey and white tabby. She weighs 5.8lbs. She tested negative for feline leukemia. She is up to date on her vaccinations. She has been spayed. She has been in the shelter for 113 days. She is very friendly and likes to be held and petted. She loves kids and isn’t spooked by most dogs.
