Steven Eugene Kelley Williams

Steven Eugene Kelley Williams, age 77 of Union City, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at Union City Nursing and Rehab.

Memorial service will be held at 12 pm Saturday, September 21, 2024 at White-Ranson Funeral home with Bro. Melvin Poe officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 11 am until the time of service at noon.

Mr. Williams was born in Hickory Valley, TN on November 24, 1946 to the late Gene Kelley and the late Pernie Tittle McKeown. He was married to Mrs. Sharon Atkey Williams. She preceded him in death in 2001. He worked in the auto body industry and enjoyed classic car restoration. He was a lifelong, diehard Alabama fan.

He is survived by four daughters, Ashley Lindsey and her husband Hunter of Union City, Katelyn Williams of Union City, Angela Taylor and her husband Saul of Newbern, Samantha Garcia and her husband James of Dyersburg; one son, Josh Williams and his wife Katy of Newbern; twelve grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Carolyn Jones, Melinda Walker, and Delores Darnell; and one brother, Tony McKeown.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded by one brother, Phillip Kelley; one sister, Marilyn Smith; and one son, Tracy Kell.

Cheryl McClain Baucom

Cheryl McClain Baucom, 66, of Minnick, Tennessee died on Monday, September 16, 2024, at her residence in Minnick, Tennessee.

Funeral services for Mrs. Baucom will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 22, 2024, in Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Elbridge Cemetery in the Elbridge, Tennessee. Visitation for Mrs. Baucom will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

Ernest “Quad” Rice

Ernest “Quad” Rice, 71, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Regional One Memphis. Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 24, 2024 in the Sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church. Memorial Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.
