SPECIAL TO THE STATE GAZETTE

There is a noticeable lack of resources and activities for children with anxiety, sensory issues, or autistic traits. Keshia Lease, whose husband Ralph is the pastor of Find Your Faith Ministries, is determined to change that. She has founded a Christian community group called Heartful Haven.

Drawing from her own experiences, Lease has found it challenging to find suitable events and activities for children who thrive in quieter, less crowded environments. Heartful Haven aims to provide a calm and peaceful space where children and teens can comfortably participate in arts and crafts projects. Mrs. Lease extends a warm welcome to all children and teens from Dyer County and the surrounding areas.

The Sock Puppet class will take place on Saturday, September 21, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Find Your Faith Ministries, located at 140 Hawthorne Avenue in Dyersburg.
