Morris Frank Willis

Mr. Morris Frank Willis, of Dyersburg, passed away Friday, September 6, 2024, at the Holiday Southwind Heights Community in Jonesboro, AR. Frank was born June 20, 1929, to the late William Arthur Willis & Beulah Daisy Willis.

He was a long-time employee of Colonial Rubber Works in Dyersburg and honorably served in the United States Army. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. He was a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church.

Frank is survived by his son David Lynn Willis & wife, Mitzi, of Newbern, and his grandson, Carlton Willis, and many nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 69 years, Joann Poiner Willis, and his six brothers and sisters.

Family and friends are asked to gather at Dyersburg Funeral Home at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024, for funeral services conducted by Mr. Eddie Wilbanks. Family and friends will be honored to serve as pallbearers.

Kenneth Wayne Alley

Kenneth Wayne Alley, 88, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, September 8, 2024, at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg. Funeral services are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by Curry Funeral Home.

Lonette Adams

Ms. Lonette Adams, 71, passed away at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Macedonia Baptist Church in Jackson TN. On September 9, a second service will be held in Dyersburg at New Bethel Baptist Church. Both services will begin at 1 p.m.

Donald Park Smith

Donald Park Smith, 68, Friendship, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024. Services were at 2:00 pm. on Sunday, September 8, at Friendship Funeral Home. Burial followed in Bellevernon Cemetery. Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Saturday evening at the funeral home.

Matthew Faulk

Matthew Faulk, 29, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died Sunday at his residence. Cremation services for Mr. Faulk are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

Ginger Rice

Ginger Rice, of Newbern, Tennessee died Sunday at her residence. Cremation services for Mrs. Rice are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
