Diane Boals Moody

Diane Boals Moody, 74 ,of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Friday, June 7, 2024, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Thursday, June 23, 1949, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Kermit Boals and the late Laura Price Boals.  Mrs. Moody was a retired cosmetologist.

She was a member of Newbern First Baptist Church.

As per her wishes, she asked to be cremated and there will be no pubic services.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Dennis Moody of Dyersburg, Tennessee; three daughters, Tammy Suzanne Stover of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Stephene Shannon Shipley Forsythe (Larry) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Kerri Shannon Jeffries (Corey) of Dyersburg, Tennessee;  seven grandchildren, Logan Brown, Lauren Brown Ward (Adam), Reily Joe Ennis, Tanner Lee Ellis, Blake Shipley (Meagan), Tyler Shipley and Ema Kate Jeffries and five great grandchildren, Adlee Ward, Owen Scott Shipley, Oaklynn Shipley, Cooper Shipley and Neyland Shipley,

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one  brother, Larry Mack Boals.

The family asks that memorial contributions be directed to  Newbern First Baptist Youth Ministry, 114 West Main Street, Newbern, Tennessee 38059.

Darlene Patterson Parnell, 65, of Newbern, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Parnell will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 14, 2024, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home

Nina Marie Harden

Nina Marie Harden, 97, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the Alamo Nursing and Rehab Center.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2024 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Loren Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The Harden Family will receive visitors from 12-2 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
