Richard Lee Biggs

Richard Lee Biggs, 54, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2003 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

He was an employee of Dyer Fabrics, served on many committees, chairman of the power board, a member of Regional Planning Commission, a county commissioner, a member of Habitat for Humanity and Lifeline Blood Services.

Services will be at noon Saturday at Tabernacle Baptist Church with the Rev. Louis Hudson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Dyersburg. H.H. Hudson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive visitors at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Survivors include a son, Richard Brandon Biggs of Nashville; a stepdaughter, Morgan Alayne Taylor of Nashville; a sister, Barbara Mosley of Dyersburg; and a brother, Robert Lee Biggs of Germany.
